After graduated from HUFLIT University with the major in International Business Administration, he started his 3 month internship as Assistant to General Director – UPS Vietnam, the duties in Key vendor’s analysis in Vietnam, Business plan preparation, Action plan development and implementation for several initiatives. During the internship period, he assimilated well into the organization and gained the trust of key personnel during the projects. He was able to meet deadlines, follow up on open items, research subjects that he was not familiar with and proved to be a reliable and studious employee.

As a leap in his career – 18 months, he also contributed his outstanding performance to the no.1 recruitment website in Vietnam – Vietnamworks as a Recruitment Consultant with 103% target achievement, trainer in “Pilot Team”, undertaking leader role in outside activities and complete the vital training courses: Master Your Mind, Master Your Communication…

Tan is a friendly, open and energetic person. He loves singing, spending time with his family and going out with his friends in his free time. He would love to travel around the world, freedom in finance when he is 40.
