• Work with external consulting and coaching companies to design Leadership Development Program for talent segments
• Liaise with HRBPs to introduce HR initiatives to Divisions, collect feedback and improve HR policies

Build up Company client database in Engineering, Technology, Wealth Management and Marketing, support Relationship Manager to manage Clients.
• Build up raw client database, arrange and conduct cold-calling to create hot-leads for Relationship Manager to engage further
• Follow up Individual clients after matching with Company client to resolve any concern
• Manage 100+ accounts
• Support occasionally marketing campaign on campus, social media marketing

Assist C&B Executive to fulfil full package of HR outsourcing related to C&B function - LG Electronics account (contract worth 5 billion VND)
• Record employee information and issue Labor contract with other relevant HR documents, ensure the employees profile well-arranged
• Prepare attendance record and update employee information, record employee's annual leave
• Register PIT code, dependent’s PIT code for PIT deduction
• Check and process payment for employees’ expense claim
• Handle employees’ queries
